Sera Cahoone

I was a fan of Sera's before moving up to Seattle. She has a pretty unique voice, nice melodies, and some talented band members.

One of the first things I noticed about Sera when I met her was how simultaneously sweet and shy she was. In the session, we talk about how this position of being a singer/songwriter with a band being fairly odd for her nature...and I think you'd kind of guess that without talking about it. That aspect, to me, makes me enjoy her music even more. No ego, no pretense.

I'm very much looking forward to her next record and am interested to see what flavors will be added on top of her always tastefully layered songs. Sera is really one of the sweetest people I've met in my relatively short time here and I enjoyed talking with her very much. Tune in.
